Civitas cities encourage the use of cleaner freight vehicles and are developing solutions to better coordinate freight logistics. The Civitas Learning Centre contains a large library of free e-learning resources about all aspects of sustainable mobility, including urban freight. Smart procurement for better transport: SPICE project

The SPICE project collects and assesses current practices of public procurements for sustainable transport and mobility projects in Europe, and shares good practices with other public procurers.
