This new service offers free one-hour delivery for selected products throughout most of Amsterdam (NL), making it the only complimentary service in the Netherlands. The offering includes various products, such as fresh and frozen foods, beverages, beers, personal care items, and more. Orders placed between 9 AM and 11 PM will arrive within one hour, while orders made after 11 PM will be delivered by 10 AM the next day.
How Ochama 1-hour delivery
The rapid delivery service is powered by the Forward Distribution Center (FDC), which is strategically located in Amsterdam. This center, positioned close to customers, handles storage, sorting, and immediate order fulfillment, effectively serving consumers within a 3 km radius.
When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to the Amsterdam FDC. There, Ochama’s dedicated team quickly picks and packs the items. Ochama’s in-house couriers deliver the package directly to the customer’s doorstep, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Ochama’s delivery and pickup options
To cater to consumers’ diverse pickup needs, Ochama has recently installed over 1,000 pickup lockers across the Netherlands and Belgium. This automated pickup option enhances the convenience of Ochama’s existing services.
Ochama offers efficient and convenient delivery and pickup options. Currently, the company provides home delivery services in 24 countries and operates over 800 pickup points across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. Additionally, same-day pickup services have been introduced in select regions in the Netherlands.
